Joanne is a fully qualified Nursery Practitioner with over seventeen years of childcare experience.
Waters Edge has been open for twelve years and has grown to be one of the leading nurseries in West Yorkshire.
Carl and Kelly Heavyside work alongside Joanne and her family to manage the nursery.
They are fully qualified Early Years Professionals with a wealth of experience.
Together they lead the Water’s Edge Team.
Our highly experienced and motivated team work hard together to ensure that your child gains the best out of their time spent with us.
We employ 28 nursery practitioners, 98% of whom are fully qualified, the majority are first aid trained and between them hold qualifications such as safeguarding children, health & safety, health & nutrition, inclusive practice and early talk. We also have an Early Language Lead practitioner.
