Guests can find Halifax parking at the Westin Nova Scotian steps away, or alternatively, parking is available to the right of the Museum’s main entrance for $2.00 per hour on weekdays before 6:00pm and free on evenings and weekends

Hours of Operation

The Museum is open from May 1 to October 31, 7 days a week from 9:30am to 5:30pm. During the month of November, the Museum closes at 5:00pm instead of 5:30pm. From December 1 to February 28, the Museum is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and closed Sundays and Mondays. In March, the Museum is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm, and closed on Sundays (except during March Break) and Mondays. During the month of April, the Museum's hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm, and closed on Sundays. The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 is closed on select holidays.
