To access your personal accounts, you no longer need to use a token. Use the ‘Log in to Internet Banking’ button on this page.

If you are not registered for the new personal Internet Banking service or you have any problems logging in please contact the Online Helpdesk specific to your account type:

Personal accounts - 0345 602 0000 (Lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Other accounts - 0345 300 2924 (Lines open 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 2pm Saturday).
