Integrity, energy and enthusiasm have earned Bruce induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for outstanding sales performance. His relaxed, friendly demeanor puts you at ease during your home selling or buying experience while he busily attends to the many details of the process with consistent efficiency. As comfortable and skillful in negotiations as he is in matching your wishes to the perfect property, Bruce has introduced several unique marketing concepts to his listing activities, including the best photography of your property any agent can produce.
A Fellow and Honorary Life Member of the Professional Photographers of Canada, he still creates beautiful award-winning Fine Art photographs as a personal pastime. In his other hobby, he is a former Atlantic Rally driving champion, and still competes in Rallycross events when time permits.
He has an extensive knowledge of Nova Scotia and love for the Truro area, both of which will become evident from your first conversation with Bruce, as will his intense interest in serving you to the best of his abilities.
Bruce is married to Donna Hill, a retired Intensive Care nurse, and they have twin sons, both of whom currently live in Halifax. Adam is active in promoting a healthy lifestyle and environment with the Ecology Action Centre while Steven is employed with CBC News as both cameraman and editor.
On various occasions Bruce has been known to offer staging advice, shovel walks, deliver food, help move furniture, clean rain gutters, or supply the basic household items to new immigrants until their own items arrive at their new home. This is Bruce’s basic work ethic – “Whatever It Takes”. Put him to the test by calling, texting or e-mailing him anytime. He actually answers most of the time!
